welding

The company employs qualified personnel with WPQR (Welding Procedure Qualification Record) welding procedures based on PQR (Procedure Qualification Record) and WPS (Welding Procedure Specification).

The workshop has several welding stations complete with fume extraction system manufactured by FILCAR S.p.a.

Painting

Painting booth complete with drying chamber with pressure operation and air intake from painting booth.

The company makes use of a painting booth complete with a drying chamber that operates in pressure and draws air from a painting booth.
The cabin is equipped with a 180000 Kcal / h thermal burner with DT painting 15 and with an air flow rate of 36000 m2 / h for air intake.

Sandblasting / cryogenic blasting

In this type of plant the appropriately protected operator manually performs the treatment of the artifacts using a lance that projects metallic grit or non-ferrous abrasive (corundum);

Plasma cutting

The company uses a high definition plasma cutting machine. The heart of the machine is a Hypertherm Hpr260XD generator. The system combines high cutting speeds with great process change speed.
